Dr. Firas Hamzeh is a renowned orthodontist based in UAE. An expert in Digital Orthodontics and Invisible Orthodontics , Dr. Hamzeh is recognized as an early adopter and advocate of innovative orthodontic systems including aligners and digital custom brackets INSIGNIA BRACES (he was also the first Insignia user in the United Arab Emirates) in addition to bein KOL ( key opinion leader ) for ORMCO and a speaker on the Damon system .
He started his postgraduate training program at the university of Nantes -France in 1994 ,
He obtained his first certificate of advanced studies in dental materials used in dentistry in December 1995 and his certificate of high studies in dento facial orthopedics in 1997
At the same university , while he was studying this certificate he started his diploma in orthodontics in 1996 and he obtained his Masters in 1999.
Dr. Hamzeh moved to UAE in 2000 and he started his practice in the private sector , he started to use the Damon system in the year 2004 and he continued his advanced training with Damon system with best Ormco's speakers then he became an exclusive user of Damon system in his practice Since the year 2008 .
Dr. Firas was the first user of Insignia in the UAE ,he started his first case in 2012 and he started to move on with the digital orthodontics, and in addition to this he loves to treat the TMD cases because he has been following a lot of postgraduate training program in occlusion and TMJ , he’s one of few doctors who finished their training in occlusion from the ROTH Williams center for functional occlusion .
Dr. Hamzeh with his wife Laila have two children Daniel and Ryan and loves to spend time with his family and enjoying his main hobby the photography , he loves portrait and landscape photography.
